Day Scott

I'm a certified naturalist, wildlife photographer/instructor, freelance writer, environmental educator and student of ornithology. My connection with nature has afforded me unique opportunities to take candid and brilliant wildlife shots from the urban and rural communities that I call home, many from my own backyard. My photography has been recognized by many, including Discovery and BBC America.

Today, I live in beautiful Wyoming, recovering from a traumatic brain injury. During this healing journey, I'm discovering my voice for storytelling, an affinity for birds and the bravery to stand out and dare greatly through it all.
